VIP Nominations

To be considered as VIP , nominees must meet the following VIP qualifying criteria:

Company size: 251+ employees
Role: C-level, Director, or Head of Department
Functional Responsibilities: IT, Data, DevOps, Security, Procurement, or Digital Transformation

Please note: Marketing, sales, events, and HR roles are not eligible.

Please provide your VIP guest list below. The deadline to complete and submit your VIP nomination form is Friday 3rd October.

STEP 1

COMPILE YOUR VIP GUEST LIST

Before you begin, ensure nominees:

Work at a company with 251+ employees
Hold a C-level, Director, or Head of Department role
Specialise in functions such as IT, Data, DevOps, Security, Procurement, or Digital Transformation

Marketing, sales, events, and HR roles are not eligible.

Once confirmed, begin listing your VIP guests.

STEP 2

DOWNLOAD & COMPLETE THE VIP NOMINATION EXCEL SHEET

Click the "Download" button below to access the VIP Nomination Excel Sheet.

Fill in the spreadsheet with the required details for each individual, including job title, company name, and other mandatory information.

STEP 3

UPLOAD THE COMPLETED VIP NOMINATION EXCEL SHEET

Once the spreadsheet is filled out, please upload it onto the website by clicking the "Upload" button below.

It is important to ensure that all the information is accurate before submitting.

STEP 4

VIP INVITATION PROCESS

After an internal review of the submitted information and VIP audience criteria, the nominated VIPs will be invited to attend the show on your behalf.

STEP 5

GET TO KNOW WHO IS COMING

One week prior to the event, you will receive a report detailing which individuals from your guest list have registered and will be attending the show. This will help you stay informed about your VIP attendees and their participation.

STEP 6

CONNECT WITH YOUR VIPs

Make sure to connect with your VIP guests through the Connect @ Tech Show Paris networking platform once it's launched.
