Co-creator and manager of an industrial subcontracting group and family brewer for 10 generations 

Honorary mayor and, for the past 3 years, member of the executive of the Conseil Régional des Hauts de France, delegate for the transformation of the regional economy and Chairman of the REV3 mission: the ambition for sustainable development and progress towards carbon neutrality in Hauts de France.

Victoire Baudin, Founder and CEO at FUNGFEED

Victoire Baudin is the founder of FUNGFEED, a deeptech startup to be launched in 2019 in the Hauts-de-France region of France. A biologist with a passion for ecology, she transforms her expertise in entomology into an industrial project combining circular economy and sustainable insect breeding. With FUNGFEED, she uses agricultural by-products to create a new generation of sustainable and desirable petfood. Winner of numerous competitions thanks to her powerful pitches, she is a strong advocate of sustainable and committed entrepreneurship.

Harison Rakotondrabe, IT Specialist Technology Manager at AstraZeneca

As IT Specialist Technology Manager for a major international pharmaceutical group, I help manage IT infrastructure projects, from defining requirements to implementing innovative solutions. 

With over 25 years' experience in CAC 40 groups, I have developed in-depth expertise in infrastructure. 

My career path is guided by the quest for performance and technological transformation. I'm passionate about digital advances, especially artificial intelligence.
My mission: to anticipate and support the evolution of the sector through innovation.

Isabelle Kustosz, Hauts-de-France Polytechnic University – Associate Professor (HDR) in Business and Management Sciences at IAE Valenciennes – Societies & Humanities Research Laboratory.

Isabelle KUSTOSZ is an associate professor with the authority to supervise research at the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and a member of the Sociétés & Humanités Research Laboratory. She is co-director of the MDPE Master’s program in Digital Management and Entrepreneurial Projects at the IAE Valenciennes. Her research focuses on foresight and regional dynamics, the entrepreneurial capacities of regions, civil society organizations, and collaborative governance. She is the author of several articles and books on these topics. She also contributes to the foresight initiatives of the Hauts-de-France region.

Florentin Bouvet, Global Director of Analytics at La Redoute

Florentin Bouvet is Director of Global Analytics at La Redoute, where he oversees the data science, data analysis, and digital analytics teams. With 15 years of experience at the intersection of marketing and data, he has held positions at Fnac-Darty, Camaïeu, and La Redoute. He was also a member of the Executive Committee at QAPA, an HR platform acquired by Adecco for 65 million euros.

Laetitia Sauvage, Founder and CEO of About ü

Laetitia Sauvage is the founder of About ü, a recruitment platform dedicated to strategic roles. For 15 years, she held executive positions with business, HR, and organizational impact in tech environments. In 2022, she founded About ü to go beyond the limitations of traditional recruitment methods by integrating responsible, regulated, and useful AI. She is speaking here as an HR professional to share firsthand insights on the impact of AI on various professions.
