Adia Danso is the founder of Tech With Women, a network that brings together and empowers ambitious women in the tech industry. 

Through this organization, it fosters a vibrant ecosystem of mutual support, training, and tangible opportunities: in-person events, webinars, workshops, professional networking events, and collaborative learning spaces. Its goal is to help women build their skills, forge strong connections, and provide a supportive environment where everyone can grow, learn, and thrive. 

On TikTok and Instagram, she shares tools, methods, and inspiration to help women grow, develop their skills, and carve out a place for themselves in the tech industry. 

An AI consultant and former Product Manager for Canal+, M6+, and RTL Europe, Adia also helps companies understand, integrate, and adopt emerging technologies. 

She addresses issues related to product strategy, AI adoption, automation, and the responsible use of technology tools, taking an educational and actionable approach.

With extensive experience gained at innovative telecommunications startups, Agnès Comte joined the Banque de France in 2011. She has since progressed from Java development to project management. Her commitment to sustainable development was recognized in 2019 when she won the Jury Prize at the CSR Challenge. Since then, she has led the integration of sustainable digital solutions at the Banque de France and actively participates in initiatives within the responsible digital ecosystem. 

After studying finance and marketing, she quickly rose through the ranks at General Electric Capital Finance before piloting digital transformation initiatives within banking groups such as BPCE. She is also involved in humanitarian actions with several NGOs. 

Ana Catarina de Alencar is an international lawyer and ethicist. Based in Paris, she works directly on AI governance and compliance projects. She is currently a PhD researcher at the University of Lille, where she is developing an interdisciplinary project on emotional AI at the intersection of law and neurobiology. She holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Technology of Law and is the author of several publications, including the book "Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Law" (2022). Ana is a member of the Open Ethics AI association and Women in AI Governance. She is Resident Philosopher at the AI Collective and has also served as a university lecturer in Political Philosophy, Digital Rights, GDPR, and AI Regulation. Recognized as an expert in technology regulation, she is also a speaker with extensive experience in European law. 

I am an experienced consultant with over 15 years of experience in the field of fraud detection. I previously worked at Amazon for over 10 years and have been with Visa for 5 years now. I am passionate about cybercrime, espionage, and the use of machine learning to detect fraud in e-commerce.

As a cybersecurity professional, Ayman possesses strong communication skills, a high degree of adaptability, and the ability to lead, motivate, and persuade. Results-oriented, he has spent the last 15 years applying his expertise in information systems security and IT risk management in international and multicultural environments, primarily in the financial sector. 

A journalist by training, Charlotte Rabatel has spent more than a decade exploring the transformations brought about by digital technology, innovation, and organizational change, working between France and Belgium. She has contributed to numerous media outlets and engaged with key players in the tech ecosystem, focusing on both technologies and their economic and organizational impacts. 

Today, alongside a dedicated team, she oversees the editorial direction of the Solutions Numériques & Cybersécurité publication as its editor-in-chief. Together, they develop content aimed at IT decision-makers, CIOs, and CISOs, with a particular focus on helping readers understand the challenges related to cybersecurity, the cloud, data, and digital governance. 

Fleur-Anne Blain is Head of Digital Solutions at ENGIE Digital & IT. With over 15 years of experience primarily in data strategy, digital strategy, and digital transformation, Fleur-Anne supports various businesses in their digital transformation efforts. She oversees the integration of new applications and products, as well as large-scale implementation. Passionate about new technologies and the evolution of AI and GAI, she regularly speaks at conferences, particularly to share her experiences or to speak as a woman in tech.

Florentin Bouvet is Global Analytics Director at La Redoute, where he oversees the data science, data analysis, and digital analytics teams. With 15 years of experience at the intersection of marketing and data, he has held positions at Fnac Darty, Camaïeu, and La Redoute. He was also a member of the Executive Committee at QAPA, an HR platform acquired by Adecco for €65 million.

A passionate and innovative professional specializing in data management and architecture. Extensive experience in big data and AI, with significant contributions to Groupe BPCE and Natixis. Open Source Expert and Vice President of TOSIT.

Gloria Fataki is a specialist in international cooperation and innovation, with extensive experience in the tech sector at Safran, KPMG, and PwC. Having served twice as Country Representative in both the public and private sectors, she oversees educational, cultural, and technological programs funded by major donors and collaborates with public, academic, and diplomatic institutions. Her career spans the United States, Europe, and Africa. As a member of UN Women France, she is committed to gender equality and women’s leadership. 

I am an IT Specialist and Technology Manager at a major international pharmaceutical company. I oversee IT infrastructure projects, from defining requirements to implementing innovative solutions. With over 25 years of experience at CAC 40 companies, I have developed deep expertise in infrastructure.  

My career has been driven by a focus on performance and technological transformation.
I am passionate about digital advancements, particularly cloud computing and artificial intelligence.
My mission: to anticipate and support the sector’s evolution through innovation. 

Hind Cagnon is Global Cloud Director at Sodexo. With over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, Hind has had the opportunity to work on major cloud-related initiatives—whether strategic, technical, or operational—on an international scale. 

In his role, Hind leads a Global Cloud Competency Center that brings together expertise in architecture, DevOps, DevSecOps, and FinOps. Hind also drives innovation and optimization efforts, notably through his leadership of the AI-Powered DevSecOps initiative. 

Isabelle Hilali is the founder and CEO of datacraft, a community that facilitates the exchange of best practices among data and AI experts and currently brings together 43 major companies, startups, and more than 600 AI researchers. Before founding datacraft, she served as Executive Director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Research. She has held numerous executive leadership positions in the mobile, internet, healthcare (as VP of Marketing & Strategy at Orange Healthcare), and education sectors, both in France and abroad, notably in the United States.

Isabelle is an independent director of the French Naval Hydrographic and Oceanographic Service (SHOM) and a director of the Healthcare Data Institute. She is a member of ARCEP’s Scientific Committee on Networks of the Future, the Ethics and Scientific Committee for Research, Studies, and Evaluations in Health at the National Institute of Health Data (INDS), the Scientific Council of the Artificial Intelligence & Cancer Network, and the Patient Interest Committee at MoiPatient. For several years, she has been a lecturer in the X-HEC Entrepreneurship Master’s program and the ESSEC Innovation & Health Master’s program.

Jadwiga Gajda is a Polish woman living in France who has served as Chief Product Officer for Workplace at CAGIP since 2025. 

She embodies a committed leadership style dedicated to technological transformation, where operational excellence is combined with a focus on people, vision, and impact. 

With over 18 years of experience in IT and organizational transformation, she has worked at the forefront of demanding sectors such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Her international career—spanning Europe, the United States, and China—has shaped a strong conviction: technology is valuable only if it serves collective progress and empowers teams. 

With a background in psycholinguistic research and an Executive MBA from École des Ponts et Chaussées and the Fox School of Business, Jadwiga Gajda combines analytical rigor, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills. She built her practical expertise in consulting (at firms such as Capgemini and Deloitte) and then within the Crédit Agricole Group, which she joined over seven years ago to support the international financial markets, asset management, and private banking divisions through their major transformations. 

There, she led major infrastructure overhaul programs and held key roles in service management, account management, and customer relations within complex, multi-stakeholder, and highly regulated environments. 

Recognized for her ability to bring people together, provide purpose, and foster team growth, Jadwiga Gajda brings a demanding, inclusive, and impact-driven leadership style. Through her collaborative leadership, she is committed to uniting teams and creating sustainable value, convinced that success depends on collective commitment and perseverance. 

 Her journey is also that of a woman who has learned to turn every obstacle into an opportunity: at age 15, in Poland, she was told that French was “impossible” to learn. Today, she speaks on the biggest stages in the tech world—proof that boldness, perseverance, and confidence can move far more than just borders.

A pharmacist by training and a graduate of ESSEC Business School, Neela Tibayrenc has been the Mission Director of Pays Basque Digital and French Tech Pays Basque since the association was founded. Passionate about innovation and human relations, she actively contributes to the development of the Basque Country's entrepreneurial ecosystem by promoting initiatives and bringing together local stakeholders. 

Thanks to its ability to connect members of the ecosystem with institutional players and create synergies, Neela helps support digital companies and those offering innovative products or services in the Basque Country. It is also committed to promoting integrity, exchange, and sharing in all its initiatives. 

Her expertise in project management, her entrepreneurial spirit, and her dedication make her a key contributor to our region’s growth and influence. 

Olivier Mamavi, who holds a Ph.D. in Management Science, is the editorial director at Management & Datascience. He is responsible for organizing data challenges and the “Artificial Intelligence & Management” series. He is also a professor of Data Science at the Paris School of Business (PSB) and has published books and scientific articles on digital transformation and open innovation platforms. 

A journalist specializing in cybersecurity, Pascal Coillet-Matillon has also covered industry events such as the International Cybersecurity Forum. He holds a doctorate in law and has experience as a military officer. 

Paul RICHIARDI is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Baccarat, a leading French luxury crystal manufacturer. With over 10 years of experience and a background as a cybersecurity consultant for major French and international companies, he oversees cybersecurity strategy, governance, and security culture within his organization. He focuses in particular on topics related to risk management,
operational resilience, and employee awareness. He is also interested in cognitive science,
specifically cognitive biases, the influence of nudges, and how our critical thinking shapes our decisions

Raphaëlle has over ten years of experience in cybersecurity in both the public and private sectors. Notably, she led the security program for the SciNet supercomputer at the University of Toronto (Canada) before overseeing the implementation of the university’s cybersecurity strategy. She currently manages a team of about ten experts in operational cybersecurity and security integration in projects as the cybersecurity manager for the RATP’s Fabrique Digitale. 

Raphaëlle holds a degree in telecommunications engineering and is CISSP-certified. 

Sandrine Joseph is a visionary leader in sustainable innovation and social inclusion, with over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications sector. As Director of Innovation and CSR Programs at Orange, she leads transformative initiatives that strengthen the company’s reputation for gender equality and inclusion, particularly for women and underrepresented groups. 

Since 2020, Sandrine has led the “Women Entrepreneurs” acceleration program, which supports 700 women in the tech sector—particularly in AI, cybersecurity, and quantum computing—and creates more than 200 jobs each year. Her strategic vision has enabled more than 100 startups to participate in major international events such as VivaTech, effectively linking innovation and economic growth. 

Her extensive experience also includes digital brand management, stakeholder relations, and strategic communications—areas in which she has helped position Orange as a leader in corporate social responsibility and social media engagement. 

Sandrine’s commitment to the responsible and inclusive use of technology extends beyond her role at Orange. As a member of the board of directors of the NGO Actives, she actively supports initiatives aimed at promoting women in leadership positions. 

Eager to amplify her impact, Sandrine hopes to use her participation in the Tech Show panel to drive tangible change by reaffirming the importance of inclusion and innovation. 

Sylvain Bonnet-Passemar is the Deputy Central Coordinator for Cybersecurity at the Ministry of the Armed Forces, as well as an IT security officer and a reservist in the Gendarmerie. A former head of the IT detachment supporting the minister’s office and the national directorate, he served as CISO for the first fully digital presidential election in 2022 and helped establish the infrastructure foundation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. His hybrid background—spanning the public and private sectors, civil and military service, and diplomacy, from trading floors and investment banking to international organizations—informs a highly operational approach to digital security. As an associate researcher and member of the scientific council of the Institute for Applied Geopolitical Studies (IEGA), he works on the links between cybersecurity, sovereignty, and international power dynamics. For him, cybersecurity is not a matter of compliance but a strategic tool of power. 

Over the past 15 years, Thomas has advised and supported more than 800 tech startups in the Paris Region. A generalist engineer with expertise in innovation management, Thomas has helped entrepreneurs across diverse industries leverage the strengths of the Paris Region’s ecosystem. Today, Thomas leads the consulting practice for digital Deep Tech sectors (Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Quantum Technologies) across the Paris Region. He works with and guides international companies seeking to expand and integrate into Europe’s leading economic and innovation region. 

Yves began his career in communications with Jacques Séguéla; he has managed advertising and media agencies within the Havas Group in France and Belgium, alternating these roles with international responsibilities.
