Diversity, leadership, and performance in French tech

But those who shape it are not always visible.

Women & Diversity in Tech was born out of a strong conviction:
technological leadership must reflect the true diversity of talent that makes up the French tech ecosystem.

Not just a slogan.
A reality.

Since 2023, the Women & Diversity in Tech program, led by Tech Show Paris, has been bringing together decision-makers, experts, founders, innovation leaders, and committed individuals around a common goal: to make diversity, equity, and inclusion a strategic lever for performance in tech.

Cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure, finance, retail, healthcare, industry, public sector: diversity is not a peripheral issue. It is a business challenge.

This initiative is part of Tech Show Paris’s broader commitment to more inclusive and responsible technology.

Cocktails and Networking

After two days of inspiring discussions, the Women & Diversity in Tech program came to a successful close with the eagerly awaited return of our networking cocktail party, sponsored by Crédit Agricole.

This special moment provided an opportunity to extend the panel discussions, meet industry leaders, and continue the conversation around equality, diversity, and inclusion.

In a friendly and engaging atmosphere, participants expanded their networks and forged lasting connections.

Women & Diversity in Tech is also a strategic networking hub.
The networking cocktail party brings together ambassadors, speakers, partners, and decision-makers to turn discussions into concrete opportunities.

The circle that embodies ambition

A long-term positioning

In 2026, Women & Diversity in Tech reached a new milestone with the creation of the WDIT Ambassador Circle.

A circle of committed leaders who promote the program's visibility, standards, and ambition throughout the year.

The goal: to build an influential, credible, and visible community capable of embodying strategic conversations around leadership, diversity, and performance in tech.

This is not a one-off program.
It is a long-term positioning.

The WDIT Ambassador Circle brings together senior figures, decision-makers, and recognized experts within the French tech ecosystem.
