What is Tech Show Paris?

Tech Show Paris is the platform for IT decision-makers

How do I get my visitor badge?

Simply register using our registration form. Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your badge attached. This badge will give you free access to both days of Tech Show Paris as well as the five co-located shows (Cloud & AI Infrastructure, DevOps Live, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Data & AI Leaders Summit, and Data Center World). You can print it at home or on site on the day of your visit.

Is there a charge for visitor registration?

Registration for Tech Show Paris is free for end users of technology solutions.

How do I get a VIP badge?

The Tech Show Paris offers an exclusive experience for VIP visitors.

How do I become a VIP?

Sign up first here.

Once you have registered, you will receive a standard visitor confirmation email. Our team will then review your profile based on our segmentation criteria (job title, seniority level, decision-making role, company size, etc.).

If your profile matches, you'll automatically be upgraded to VIP and receive a second confirmation email giving you access to your VIP badge.

What are the advantages of a VIP badge?

  • Privileged access to VIP networking areas.

  • Enhanced opportunities to develop your professional network.

  • Optimised experience for decision-makers and influencers in the tech sector.

You won't need to take any further action: the VIP upgrade will be handled directly by our team.

Do I have to pay for tickets?

If your participation is part of a commercial initiative (promotion of products or services), a paid pass will be required.

Prices:

  • Business Pass – Early Bird: €289 (excluding tax) (until September 9, 2026)
  • Business Pass – Standard Rate: €359 (excluding tax) (effective September 9, 2026)
  • Business Pass – On-site price: €399 (excluding tax)
  • Premium Pass*: €589 (excl. tax)

*The Premium Pass provides access to networking opportunities through the Connect at Tech Show Paris platform, admission to the VIP Networking Drinks, priority seating on the Main Stage, and an exclusive post-event report on industry trends.

How can I contact exhibitors?

A few weeks before the show, you can easily organize your meetings using our free Connect at Tech Show Paris platform.

It will enable you to:

  • View the complete list of exhibitors at the show

  • Navigate easily on site with an interactive map

  • Discover the detailed conference program

  • Schedule personalised meetings with exhibitors that interest you

How can I contact the organisers?

Are children allowed in the salon?

No, access to the salon is strictly reserved for people aged 18 and over. For insurance and safety reasons, children cannot be admitted, even if accompanied.

I need a letter of invitation for my visa application. Where can I find it?

To request a letter of invitation, you must first register for the trade show. Once your registration is complete, log in to your visitor account and go to the “Request a Visa Letter” section to fill out the required information. The letter will then be sent to you by email.

Please follow these instructions: requests sent by email will not be processed.

Is access to the show adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, Hall 5 is entirely on one level and the facilities comply with accessibility standards: reserved parking spaces, accessible elevators, and adapted restrooms.

Are there catering facilities inside or outside the hall?

Yes, there is a point of sale inside Hall 5. Outside, you will also find a Paul, a McDonald's, a Relay, and a Monop' Daily in the immediate vicinity.

Will there be a printed show guide available on site?

Yes, the trade show pocket guide will be distributed at the entrance and made available free of charge to all visitors.

Do I need to pre-register for the conferences I'm interested in?

No, the conferences are free to attend throughout the show.
However, we invite you to add the conferences to your calendar directly from your Connect at Tech Show Paris profile.

Is there a changing room?

Yes, a checkroom is available at the entrance to the show, open from 8:30 a.m. until 30 minutes after closing.
The service costs €2 per item, but is free for VIP visitors.
Access with a backpack is permitted, but a security check may be carried out at the entrance.

How do I get to the show?

The show takes place at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 1, place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris.
As part of our CSR approach, we encourage you to give priority to sustainable mobility.

Can students attend the event?

500 student passes are available and will be given to the first people to register.

The student pass is now priced at €39 (excluding tax). It will give you the opportunity to meet industry experts, discover the latest innovations, and take your first steps in the tech world.

Qualified students will have access to Tech Show Paris on the second day starting at 2:00 p.m., with a dedicated program designed to help you develop your skills and boost your career.
