STAGE 1

PREPARE YOUR VIP CONTACT LIST

Before you begin, please make sure that the people you are proposing :

• Work for a company with more than 251 employees

• Hold a managerial position (C-level), Director or Head of Department

• Work in the following areas: IT, Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Purchasing or Digital Transformation

Marketing, sales, events and HR functions are not eligible.

Once your profiles have been validated, you can enter your VIP list.

2ND STAGE

DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE VIP NOMINATION FORM

Click on the "Download" button below to access the VIP nomination Excel file.

Enter the required information for each guest in the file: job title, company name and other mandatory data.

STEP 3

SUBMIT THE COMPLETED VIP NOMINATION FORM

Once you have completed the Excel file, please upload it to the platform by clicking on the "Submit" button below.

It is essential to check the accuracy of the information before submission.

4TH STEP

VIP INVITATION PROCESS

After internal review of submitted data and eligibility criteria, nominated VIP guests will be officially invited to attend the event on your behalf.

STEP 5

IDENTIFY PARTICIPANTS

A week before the show, you'll receive a report showing which members of your VIP list have registered and will be attending the event.

This will keep you informed of your guests' participation.

6TH STAGE

STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR VIP

Once you've launched the Connect at Tech Show Paris networking platform, make sure you get in touch with your VIP guests via this dedicated area.
