Dr. Giovanna G. Casimiro, an XR specialist and brand strategist since 2010, boasts over a decade of marketing and production experience in the innovation landscape. From 2021 to 2023, Dr. Giovanna served as a Lead Metaverse Producer at Decentraland Foundation, where she headed the Metaverse Fashion Week, seamlessly blending fashion with the metaverse. She currently works with multiple studios and brands developing strategies and producing projects for fashion and beauty in immersive and game platforms, such as Roblox. She holds a PhD from the University of Sao Paulo's Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, focusing on Open Source Heritage, digital memory, and open-source tools for the future of culture and arts. With extensive global experience, Dr. Giovanna has led independent projects worldwide, assisting corporations and brands, including RedBull, Finnair, Fortum, Adidas, Diesel, DKNY, DVF, Coach, D-Cave, Dundas, JPMorgan, Walmart, and more in their tech transformation journey.
