David assumes the responsibility of spearheading the exploration of new business opportunities with cloud service and data center providers. His responsibilities encompass the execution of market insights, strategic allocation of resources, cultivation of key customer partnerships, and the strengthening of Nokia propositions aligned with customer needs. He also played a pivotal role in executing strategies to expand Nokia business through EU public funding opportunities, including participation in CEF-Digital and RRF programs. He also had led business development efforts with a demonstrated track record of successfully capitalizing on opportunities in the UK FTTP market and Project Gigabit over recent years. David has a bachelor degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China. In nearly 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, he has held several management positions in business development and solution sales, showcasing his proficiency and expertise in the field.
