Ana Catarina de Alencar is an international lawyer and ethicist specializing in artificial intelligence governance and compliance. She holds a master’s degree in Philosophy and Technology of Law and is the author of several publications, including the book ''Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Law'' (2022). Based in Paris, Ana also serves as a member of the association Open Ethics AI, the Trustworthy AI Initiative, and Women in AI Governance. She is also a speaker and a recognized expert in tech regulation, with solid experience in European Law and Policy.
