Yann Duclot is Director of the Nexans Acceleration Units, the Group’s innovation initiatives dedicated to the energy transition, encompassing cryogenics, superconductivity, and advanced industrial technologies. Leading a team of 65 experts in France and Germany, he oversees the development, industrialization, and deployment of innovative solutions designed to address the major challenges of electrification and the energy infrastructure of the future. With more than 25 years of international experience in innovation, transformation, and strategic development, Yann has held several executive positions at Nexans and throughout the industry. Today, he is one of the Group’s spokespersons on superconducting technologies, promoting their potential to transform the power grids, data centers, and critical infrastructure of the future. With a Master of Science from Grenoble École de Management (GEM), he brings a strategic, industrial, and technological perspective to the innovations shaping the future of energy.
