With a career as a developer that began in 2009 and a passion for cybersecurity dating back to the late 1990s, Tony Ghilain has a unique background. Having led the DevSecOps strategy at AXA and Decathlon, he also oversaw the penetration testing services at both companies. For him, security should not be a constraint, but rather a reflex integrated into the development process. He is a strong advocate of this philosophy, which he shares through OWASP training sessions at companies and universities, as well as regular awareness campaigns.
