Thomas Herman is a partner in the Paris office of the international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. He has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on data center project development and has been involved in most of the high-profile transactions in this sector in France. He has extensive expertise covering, in particular, project structuring; the drafting and negotiation of key project documentation (client agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, interface agreements, and equipment supply agreements) and financing agreements; bankability due diligence; public law, regulatory, and permitting issues; as well as mergers and acquisitions.
