After twenty years of supporting major clients with their transformation projects at BearingPoint and Colliers—where she served as Managing Director of the Consulting practice in France—Stéphanie Fauré joined UPSIDE Conseil & Transactions. As a partner, she leads projects involving the valuation, acquisition, and sale of sites, coordinating financial modeling, transaction structuring, and negotiations with public and private stakeholders. For several years, UPSIDE has been supporting industrial property owners on transactions that are increasingly and directly related to data centers.
