Stéphane Bout is a senior associate director at McKinsey’s Lyon office. He leads the Technology & Digital practice in France, as well as QuantumBlack, the firm’s AI center of excellence. With more than 30 years of experience in information technology and digital transformation, Stéphane Bout advises major industrial and commercial companies on all aspects of their technological and digital transformation. Before becoming a partner at McKinsey, Stéphane served as Chief Information Officer at Casino for six years and, prior to that, at Altadis for four years.
