As Senior Legal Counsel at Harness Inc., Sara focuses on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and IP matters, with a primary focus on product counseling. With over 7 years of experience across EU and U.S. jurisdictions, she was recently appointed as a Legal Expert to the EDPB’s pool of experts. Previously, she served as Group Lead Privacy Counsel and Deputy DPO for France at Atos, driving compliance with digital regulations. Sara is CIPP/E certified and an ISO 42001 Lead Auditor & Implementer, and is an active member of the IAPP and Women in AI France. A trilingual professional (Italian, English, French), she holds a law degree with Summa Cum Laude honors from the University of Turin. Her international career spans Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, and France, where she translates complex regulations into actionable business strategies.
