Sandrine began her career in 1999 as an HR consultant, developing expertise in recruitment, training, and career development before joining AXA in 2007. At AXA Technology Services, she initially served as an HR Business Partner before being promoted to Head of HR Development for Southern Europe. In 2015, she joined AXA’s headquarters as Head of HR Development and Partnerships, where she oversaw the HR Business Partner and training teams at AXA GIE. She then joined AXA Corporate Solutions in 2017 as Head of Human Resources for the entity’s French operations. She played a key role in the integration of AXA Corporate Solutions, AXA Matrix, AXA Art, and XL Catlin in France, and supported the merger with XL Catlin in Europe. She was appointed Head of HR for Europe in 2018 and Director of Human Resources for the Asia-Pacific and Europe region in 2019, covering more than 15 countries. During this time, she contributed significantly to the cultural transformation within AXA XL and was a key driver of the HR strategy. In 2023, she returned to AXA’s headquarters as Head of Human Resources.
