Rachid OTMANI is currently Deputy Director of Customers and Services at RTE (Réseau de Transport d'Électricité). With over 25 years' experience in the energy sector, he plays a key role in supporting industrial customers, producers and digital players in their power grid connection projects. He is particularly involved in regulatory and technical developments linked to the integration of renewable energies, and the optimization of electrical infrastructures, particularly in the context of data centers and battery storage. Previously, he held the positions of Director of the Grid Access and Service Offering Department, and Advisor to the Executive Board on issues relating to infrastructure development, particularly interconnections.
