An engineer by training, Pierre Stepanov spent twenty-five years designing, setting up, and developing complex real estate projects—both in France and internationally—while working at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, AEW Europe, La Poste Immo, and BNP Paribas Real Estate. He now brings this expertise to CloudHQ, a developer and operator of hyperscale data centers, whose 240 MW campus in Lisses saw its first building completed in 2025. His belief is that a sovereign and sustainable digital infrastructure is built in partnership with local communities, through dialogue with local governments and stakeholders.
