Pierre-Arnaud Dessaignes Combes is CTO Cloud France at Atos, where he defines and implements the technical strategy for public and sovereign cloud offerings. He is also responsible for the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practice, which he established to improve the reliability, automation, and efficiency of cloud services. With a strong presence in the UGAP PEC market, he supports public sector players in modernizing and securing their infrastructures. His role primarily aims to make the cloud simpler, more robust, and better adapted to the specific needs of the French public sector.
