Since 2005, he has been the founder and CEO of PLUS Conseil, a strategic consulting firm for players in the data center value chain. The firm offers a comprehensive package of services: strategic and development consulting, marketing planning, partnerships, and operational support to implement jointly agreed-upon actions. Philippe Luce also assists industry players in identifying sites suitable for data center development, based on their specifications, and in their merger and acquisition activities. Since 2024, Philippe has served as General Delegate of Infralliance, a think tank focused on the issue of digital infrastructure sovereignty.
