Paul RICHIARDI is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Baccarat, a leading French luxury crystal manufacturer. With over 10 years of experience and a background as a cybersecurity consultant for major French and international companies, he coordinates cybersecurity strategy, governance, and security culture within his organization. He focuses in particular on issues related to risk management, operational resilience, and employee awareness. He is also interested in cognitive science, particularly cognitive biases, the influence of nudges, and how our critical thinking shapes our decisions.
