Oscar Heinke is Global Director of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Design at L-Acoustics. A graduate of HEC Paris and the Sorbonne, he began his career in the contemporary art world, working in both journalism and business development. He then joined Heidrick & Struggles as a global talent strategy consultant. At L-Acoustics, he leads Talent Acquisition, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Organizational Transformation to support the company’s hypergrowth, with a focus on scalable systems adapted to future challenges.
