Olivier Karoutchi has been the CEO of the Institut Data Center for the past two years and is the founder of E.T.U.D.E.S, an engineering firm specializing in BIM modeling and thermal and airflow simulations for data centers. With nearly twenty years of experience in the sector, he possesses expertise spanning the design, planning, operation, and optimization of technical infrastructure. As an instructor as well, he works to develop and pass on the skills needed for careers in the data center industry. His dual experience in both the field and education leads him to pay particular attention to recruitment challenges, evolving career paths, and new skill requirements related to the development of artificial intelligence.
