Nouamane Cherkaoui is a digital and transformation executive with a career spanning technology, strategy, and the financial sector. He has worked in France and internationally at several major banking groups, focusing on electronic payments, IT transformation, data, and artificial intelligence. He is currently Deputy CEO of BPCE Solutions Informatiques, where he oversees transformation and strategy. As an author and speaker, he regularly addresses topics such as technological change, AI, open banking, and digital sovereignty. His latest book, *Sous l’emprise du code* (Under the Thumb of Code), examines the ability of governments, businesses, and citizens to retain control over their technological choices.
