Nicolas Philizor, a computer science enthusiast, became CIO after a rich and varied career spanning several countries. After studying at an engineering school and earning a degree from MIT, he began his career working on web projects before discovering international management during a trip around the world. Upon returning to France, he worked in IT services and then held management positions at companies such as Caisse d’Épargne, Lafarge, Setec, and Airbus. He became CIO in 2017 and moved to Martinique to lead the IT department at Argos, an innovative media company. After the pandemic, he joined Innate Pharma in Marseille, where he is leading IT transformation with a focus on moving to the cloud and is also in charge of cybersecurity, finally finding a role aligned with his values: cancer research.
