As an IT Manager and founder of **PRISM Key 153**, I have been working for several years on information systems, software architectures, infrastructure, and the practical challenges of AI industrialization. My background is rooted in hands-on experience, working closely with business units, production constraints, and technology governance challenges. With PRISM 153, I am developing a multi-model governance and orchestration approach centered on intelligent routing, traceability, cost and token management, control policies, explainable rejections, and human validation. I am particularly interested in the transition from **POC to production**, and I firmly believe that industrializing AI is not just about connecting a model, but about building an architecture that remains manageable, explainable, and governable.
