Trained as a general engineer, Michaël Dubois began his career as a project manager on major industrial piping projects for a major French group. In 2001, he moved into the fire safety sector and took over the management of an Axima Sécurité Incendie agency. He went on to become Regional Director, and then took up a new challenge by heading up the industrial refrigeration and export business at Axima Réfrigération. Michaël then returned to Axima Sécurité Incendie to manage and develop Major Projects, with a strategic focus on battery gigafactories and data centers.
