Matthieu Olivier is the Director of Transformation, Innovation, Data, and AI at La Poste Group, where he leads, among other things, the strategic deployment of generative AI to support the company’s business units, adopting an approach that is at once industrial, ethical, and responsible. A graduate of ENSAI, with experience at the General Inspectorate of Finance and formerly Chief Data Officer at La Banque Postale, he has established himself as a recognized expert in digital transformation, data, and AI. His career spans the public sector, consulting, technology, and finance, with a pragmatic vision focused on value creation and societal impact. A committed professional, he also serves on the board of directors of Bayes Impact.
