Mathieu Boschage
Data Center Engineer,
METALINE DATACENTER SERVICES
Mathieu Boschage is an expert in data center engineering and infrastructure design at MetaLine Data Center Services.
With a background in computer science, he began his career as a general IT technician before shifting his focus to data center environments in 2010. This career path gradually led him toward project management, data center layout planning, and the engineering of critical infrastructure.
His career has taken him to various sites in the Île-de-France region as well as throughout France. Today, he supports projects focused on the transformation, optimization, and evolution of data center infrastructure, with expertise centered on cleanrooms, capacity management, the layout of hosting spaces, structured cabling, and the standardization of deployments.
In particular, he works on projects involving the creation or redesign of large hosting facilities, the densification of existing infrastructure, the deployment of standardized models for cloud environments, and the integration of new requirements related to AI and HPC applications.
His approach is grounded in a pragmatic, hands-on perspective: balancing performance, resilience, energy efficiency, quality of service, and real-world operational constraints. In particular, he offers a practical assessment of the trade-offs between target design, available capacity, business continuity, and the cost-effectiveness of modernization or retrofit projects.
