After gaining her first experience at Mistertemp’, a leader in digital recruitment, she joined Aneo, a consulting firm, where she recruits expert candidates for demanding technology environments (HPC, DevOps, Cloud, MLOps). Convinced of the strategic role of recruitment, she places diversity and people at the heart of her practice. As the founder of CUTIS, an inclusive lingerie brand, she advocates for greater diversity in both fashion and tech.
