Maïella de Marie KOUBAKA is a Digital Transformation & AI Project Manager on a work-study program at Alstom, where she works on the development of AI agents for sales support, demand planning for a broad catalog of spare parts, and the optimization of costs and the carbon footprint. A first-year master’s student in Management of AI Ecosystems at IMT Business School, she previously worked with a humanoid robot in pediatric and medical settings—an experience that informs her thinking on the challenges of adopting and governing autonomous systems in the corporate world. She also serves as Community & Peer Network Manager at Women in AI France. She brings to this panel a dual perspective on humanoids in the corporate world, combining hands-on experience in a medical setting with insights into current industrial challenges.
