Laïni Cultier is the Cybersecurity Program Director and founder of Govancy Partners, a consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity governance and programs. With over 20 years of experience, most of which she spent at Thales, she has led cybersecurity transformation programs with high business value—IAM, SOC, data protection—and negotiated strategic deals with major international clients. She now advises companies on strategic cybersecurity governance, including NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001 compliance, risk management, and budget/risk trade-offs at the Executive Committee and IT Department levels. A CISSP, PMP, and Certified IAM Manager, she was a recipient of the European Cyber Woman Award in 2022. She is also a volunteer member of CEFCYS (Cercle des Femmes de la Cybersécurité).
