As a Senior Executive Leader, Kheira Boulhila views AI as both a driver of performance and a social responsibility. For more than 25 years, first at an international consulting firm and then at a leading software company, she has led large-scale data and AI transformations across EMEA and internationally, working at the very heart of where technology is developed and deployed. As President of Descodeuses, she champions the other side of the equation: transforming women’s career paths through technology by opening up access to digital skills and careers. Her conviction: AI is only as fair as the data that feeds it and the algorithms that shape it—both of which are prone to bias.
