With 17 years of experience in IT—first in Poland and then primarily in France—Jadwiga has developed solid expertise in investment banking, insurance, manufacturing, and telecommunications. She has led projects in infrastructure, transition, offshore operations, and IT production. Curious and adaptable, she has successfully seized numerous opportunities. For the past seven years at Crédit Agricole, she has worked on international accounts (financial markets, asset management, private banking) and their information systems. She has held roles in service management and client relations and currently leads strategic projects as Chief Product Officer for Workplace.
