Jérôme Philippe leads the Paris-based Data, Cybersecurity & Tech Regulation team at the leading international law firm Freshfields. A lawyer and engineer with a degree from École Polytechnique, Jérôme also holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Toulouse School of Economics and a degree from ENSAE ParisTech, giving him rare expertise at the intersection of law, technology, and economics. He is also a trainee at the IHEDN. Jérôme advises clients, in particular, on litigation before the CNIL and the courts, on responding to cyberattacks, and on implementing data regulations (AI, NIS 2, GDPR, etc.).
