With a background in machine learning, he has extensive experience with the practical aspects of deploying ML models in a variety of use cases across the finance, defense, and beauty industries. He earned a PhD in NLP in 2011, he spent four years in research in the field of computational lexicography in the United Kingdom before joining the startup scene in Bristol (defense) and Paris (fintech), and is now working in Beauty Tech at L'Oréal, having accumulated diverse experience in AI application development over nearly 15 years.
