I am the assistant director of territorial development for the Somme Sud-Ouest Community of Municipalities (CC2SO), located in the Hauts-de-France region. I work on issues related to regional planning and economic development, and in particular, I oversee the urban planning and consultation processes associated with the project to establish a supercomputer in Le Bosquel, which was announced as part of the Choose France initiative. My role involves working at the intersection of local governments, institutional stakeholders, and private partners to align the requirements of a strategic digital infrastructure project with land-use planning challenges and local realities.
