Caroline Cassoux is Vice President of the Services division and a member of the France Executive Committee. Caroline began her career in 2001 at EY as an Audit Manager and then joined Citi in 2006. Three years later, in 2013, Caroline continued her career at Schneider Electric, where she held successive positions as Pricing and Commercial Performance Controller, Transactional Domain Team Leader, and Director of the Customer Care Center. Appointed Vice President of Customer Experience France Operations in 2019, she has served as Vice President of Services since April 1, 2022. Caroline is a graduate of Sciences Po.
