With a degree in electrical engineering, Fabien Laleuf began his career as a trainer in the field of automation, notably at CECA, a subsidiary of Arkema, before joining the ABB Group a few years later. Starting in 2012, after completing a Senior Management Leadership program at the Institute of International Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, he successively held leadership positions across several business areas. In 2018, he was appointed Director of Sales & Marketing for the Electrification Business Area. Recognized for his technical expertise and successful managerial track record, ABB entrusted him with leading the French market by appointing him Managing Director of ABB France in April 2021. As Head of Smart Building/Smart Power Market Development in 2026, he is also deeply involved in the data center ecosystem as Segment Leader for Data Centers in France. The experience he has gained through various strategic roles gives him a deep understanding of the challenges facing data centers, from system design to operations.
