An engineer by training, Frédéric has over 30 years of solid experience in information technology. After several years working as a consultant at an IT services firm, he joined the AG2R LA MONDIALE Group, where he led numerous projects and managed various teams, covering both business areas (supplemental retirement, customer relations, marketing) and solutions (RPA, MDM). For nearly 10 years, he has contributed to the development of data initiatives at AG2R LA MONDIALE, notably through the implementation of the Group Data Hub.
