Fabrice Cousin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of UltraEdge. A 1994 graduate of Pierre and Marie Curie University, where he earned a postgraduate degree in computer systems and telecommunications, he has built a remarkable career in the telecommunications sector, leading numerous technological (fixed and mobile networks) and organizational transformation projects, with a focus on their impact on the teams and individuals involved. At SFR, Fabrice notably established the new Data Center division and oversaw the strategic sale of the Marseille Netcenter—a 2,800 m² data center—in 2014. In 2015, he founded FTOTEAM, a consulting firm specializing in IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and data centers, where he advises clients on strategy and innovation, with a focus on best practices. In 2021, he completed the Advanced Management Program at EDHEC Business School, designed to help business leaders gain perspective, develop interpersonal leadership skills, and broaden their horizons. In recent years, he has regularly served as a Senior Advisor to investment funds and strategy firms during the early stages and due diligence phases of investment projects in the data center hosting sector in France and Europe.
