David is responsible for leading the exploration of new business opportunities with cloud service and data center providers. His responsibilities include analyzing market insights, strategically allocating resources, cultivating key customer partnerships, and strengthening Nokia’s offerings to align with customer needs. He also played a pivotal role in executing strategies to expand Nokia’s business through EU public funding opportunities, including participation in the CEF-Digital and RRF programs. He has also led business development efforts, with a proven track record of successfully capitalizing on opportunities in the UK FTTP market and Project Gigabit over the past few years. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China. With nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has held several management positions in business development and solution sales, demonstrating his proficiency and expertise in the field.
