In his role, David is responsible for leading the exploration of new business opportunities with cloud service and data center providers. His responsibilities include applying market insights, fostering key customer partnerships, and capitalizing on emerging business growth opportunities by strengthening Nokia’s value propositions. He also played a pivotal role in executing strategies to expand Nokia’s business through EU public funding opportunities, including AI GigaFactories, CEF-Digital, and RRF programs. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China. With 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has held several management positions in business development and solution sales, demonstrating his proficiency and expertise in the field.
