Damien DESANTI, born in 1979 in Marseille, is the founder and CEO of Phocea DC, a sovereign and eco-friendly data center launched in 2023 in Marseille. An engineer by training, he has more than 20 years of experience in IT. Passionate about computer science and entrepreneurship, he has raised 120 million euros to develop a network of local, energy-efficient (PUE of 1.2), and environmentally friendly data centers, aimed at meeting local needs while promoting digital sovereignty and urban integration.
