Clément Teytaut is Head of Sales & AI Projects at Mendo. He has 15 years of experience in the tech industry, including 10 years in HR tech, where he has supported hundreds of organizations with their HRIS challenges and digital transformation projects. This journey led him to a key insight: companies invest heavily in tools but not enough in human support and change management. It was precisely to address this challenge that he joined Mendo to help HR leaders meet their 2026 challenges: ensuring the successful adoption of AI, building teams’ skills, and embedding AI usage sustainably into employees’ daily routines.
