Bruno, who holds a Ph.D. in physics, works as a data center expert at ADEME, the French Agency for Ecological Transition. He also contributes to the efforts of several UN agencies to promote more sustainable data centers and digital infrastructure. At ADEME, he helps develop public policies, secure public funding, and establish environmental criteria for data centers. He advises the relevant ministries on European regulations. Recently, he led the launch of an ADEME website dedicated to data centers, which is intended to serve as a platform for centralizing objective information about data centers, helping to harness their waste heat, and providing local governments with tools to evaluate projects.
