As a lawyer specializing in energy and decarbonization issues, Aurore-Emmanuelle advises on all forms of energy (renewable, low-carbon, and fossil fuels) as well as energy demand management. She has recognized legal expertise in project development in France, as well as in energy and carbon regulation, energy efficiency, and GHG emissions reduction. In this capacity, she provides legal counsel to clients on the development of their data center projects, with particular legal expertise in grid connection, electricity procurement (supply, PPAs, and CAPNs), and financing through C2E for the recovery and utilization of waste heat.
