Astrid Oyamigu Odounga Cécile is a cybersecurity consultant and a member of CESIA. As an expert in cyber governance and resilience, she advises companies and institutions on strategic issues related to compliance and digital sovereignty. A committed visionary, she works to bridge the digital divide between Africa and Europe, notably through the SSIGA program, which trains and integrates women into the cybersecurity field. Drawing on her international experience and recognized leadership, she has emerged as a key voice in promoting inclusive, sustainable, and sovereign cybersecurity to support the development of both continents.
