Anna Sibai is Deputy Executive Director of DesCodeuses, which uses careers in tech as a tool for empowerment for all women in working-class neighborhoods. Since its founding, the organization has supported more than 2,000 women by helping them discover career paths, providing training, and facilitating job placement through partnerships with businesses and recruiters. In this way, DesCodeuses transforms women’s life trajectories and corporate practices to build a more equitable society. After a career in the content and tech industries, Anna chose to put her experience to work creating social impact.
