Anh Tuc is Head of Digital Infrastructure Investments at Banque des Territoires, part of the Caisse des Dépôts group. She serves on the board of several companies specializing in the deployment and operation of digital infrastructure, including fiber-optic networks, data centers, mobile networks, and IoT. Before joining the Banque des Territoires, Anh Tuc was a Project Manager at the Ministry of the Economy, responsible for launching the Strategy for Accelerating 5G and Future Networks. Anh Tuc also served as an Advisor on European Affairs at ARCEP and as a Consultant at TERA Consultants for telecommunications operators, regulatory authorities, and governments.
