An experienced executive with over 20 years of experience in B2B and B2C, specializing in payments, digital technology, and AI. She currently serves as France Specialist Leader at AWS, leveraging her background to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation. Previously, Agnès held key positions, including Global Head of Emerging Payment Solutions at MasterCard Worldwide and CDO/CTO at BNP Paribas, where she was a member of the BGL BNP Paribas Executive Committee. During her time at BNP Paribas, she also served on the board of the LHoFT (Luxembourg House of Financial Technology), helping to advance Luxembourg’s fintech ecosystem. Her entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding startups in digital advertising (2000) and travel tech (2015). Agnes holds a degree in Finance and an MBA in Organizational Science from New York. Committed to promoting women in tech, she actively mentors and supports initiatives to increase female representation in leadership roles. To that end, she has also taught at Sciences Po for 10 years.
